What products does InnoNature offer?

We focus on natural health. We only offer what you REALLY need: products that help everyone with leading a healthy and happy life. All products consist of natural, pure ingredients and are manufactured directly in Germany.

Our guiding principle is: holistic, natural, pure 

 

What is special about InnoNature?

The market is full of thousands of products and, unfortunately, many people do not understand what really helps them and what may even cause harm. Based on our studies in holistic health, we know which products can lead to a better life every day. InnoNature is based on this.

 

Can I combine all products with one another?

All of our products can be combined with one another, as they do not interfere with each other. There are even some combinations that especially make sense. For this reason, we also offer bundles in our shop, which we find useful for certain contexts. With one exception: our iron from curry leaf extract should not be taken in combination with our Sango sea coral, as calcium inhibits the absorption of iron in the body. Leave two hours between the two products.

 

What if I have trouble swallowing the capsules? Can I also open the capsules?

The capsules can also be opened and dissolved in food or a glass of water. It is important to ensure that these are cold meals and drinks, as otherwise the vitamins could possibly no longer have their full effect.

 

To which countries does InnoNature deliver and how long does it take to ship?

Delivery takes place within Europe. Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods are delivered within 2-6 working days (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of the payment instruction). Due to the current situation with regard to COV-19, there may be a delivery delay at our shipping service provider DHL. We thank you for your patience. Note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

 

Are your packaging and shipping boxes sustainable?

Our cans are made from BPA-free recyclable plastic. We use 100% recycled cardboard boxes and paper tape with a natural rubber adhesive layer for shipping.

 

How does the 100 day happy promise work?

You and your health are our priority! If you notice within 100 days that our products have not convinced you, send us the packaging and capsules / drops and we will refund you 100% of the purchase price to the payment details you used when purchasing. Please contact info@innonature.shop with your request.

 

How does a return work?

You can return your order to us within 100 days. Please let us know beforehand via the following link that you would like to send something back. So the team in our warehouse knows that we will shortly receive a package from you.

Please keep your posting receipt and the associated tracking number until we have received your return. It serves as proof of the submission of your return.

 

Can I take my products with me on the plane and in my hand luggage?

Basically, there shouldn't be any problems whn you carry your supplements with you in your hand luggage. In order not to make the baggage check too tedious, it would be advisable to transport it in the original packaging.

If, on the other hand, it is liquid supplements (e.g. D3 / K2 / B12), these must comply with the legal requirements for carrying liquids in hand luggage on air travel. Please inform yourself about this at your airline or at the federal police.
