What is the recommended dose?

We recommend a daily dose of 1000 I.U., which corresponds to one drop of our vitamin D3. As a manufacturer of vitamin D3, we have to adhere to legally recognized guidelines with regard to the recommended dosage. Since we think that the correct dosage depends on gender, height and other factors, we are happy to recommend the book "Healthy in 7 Days" by Dr. Med. Rainer von Helden, with the help of which one can precisely calculate the individual needs.

Do I have to take K2?

K2 does not have to be taken additionally, if it is sufficiently ingested through food. Vitamin K2 is mainly found in concentrated form in fermented foods, which we unfortunately only rarely consume these days. However, it is actually very important in connection with D3, because it ensures the correct utilization of calcium in the body.

Is the product suitable for children?

Our D3 is a natural, food grade product. For this reason, it is also suitable for children and the whole family. It should be ensured, though, that the dosage is adapted to the respective age.
